I haven't been on for while, have they closed down any of the groups? It seem, there's little to none interaction on few.

Of course John!  Time wounds all heels!   And also, time heals all wounds!  Life is to be celebrated and the glass is always half full.

So get out there with a +++attitude, counting all blessings and lessons learned...eh?!!

For movies, including TV series, try Oldies.com

They've got quite a collection of old TV series.

I'm an oldie, now living in Hamilton, having left all my friends behind in Port Credit. I'm trying to get out and about to meet people. On Dec. 6th, CARP Hamilton is holding its Christmas Social. Think I'll meet a few Hamiltonians there?

Welcome Cindy.  Too bad we are so far apart.  It would be nice to go out for a coffee, walk, etc with someone.

Thanks for adding the site Gary.  I am going to check it out.  I will be surprised if there is any group on PEI.  lol

I am getting ready for our first snowfall.  Unfortunately my firewood hasn't arrived yet!!  I hate tossing wood in the basement when it is covered in snow.  Maybe we will be lucky & the snow will miss us!  lol

I found numerous references to Monte Python skits and videos on the Internet. I spent the better part of an hour posting sites for you, but something went wrong and it looks like they didn't post on here.

Amazon has Monte Python videos (season collections), so you might check these out.  At least three season's worth of videos.

Hello everyone.  I look forward to making and meeting new friends in this group.  I currently live in Sauble Beach (Bruce County) with my house up for sale.  Not successful this summer!  If you would like to get to know me or want to ask questions, please feel free to send me a note!  PS.  I love Monty Python humour and am heading there next.  Any tips on where I can buy the movies to create a collection?  I haven't looked at Ebay yet.

Ruth

Are we expected to describe ourselves here?

I am 58 and live on beautiful Prince Edward Island.  I was widowed in November 2005.  We had been married for almost 35 years.

It took me a couple of years to recover from being his caregiver for 4 years.

My main hobby is genealogy.  I have been working on the family trees for over 30 years.  I love to travel and meet new people to learn about their culture.

It would be great to have someone to share things with. I figure it will happen when the time is right. Live, laugh, & love!!
