I've found that Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction/Cognative Therapy is very helpful in dealing with my Adult ADHD. I'm hoping to help others who have similar conditions.

Congratulations for having a street named after you. You look thrilled by it. You deserve it for all the positive and good work that you have done in the City of Toronto for many, many years. Liz

Hello Mr. Znaimer and a huge "mazel tov"....I was just wondering if you would care to do a phone interview on my show in Montreal "Choose Life"...at Radio-Shalom...: )
If so, drop me a line here...I would be honoured and I think the listeners would be very appreciative.

WTG...

Dear Friends,

This is just a quick note of thanks for those of you who tuned into our special webcast yesterday morning. While I have had the good fortune of receiving many honours in the past, having a street named after me in the heart of downtown Toronto tops them all. I was truly gratified.

If you missed the webcast, broadcast live from the mobile phone of pre-Zoomer site maven MMG, you can see it on the homepage here for the next few days.

Warm regards,

MZ

The new "Zoomer Magazine" is great! Thoroughly enjoying it, and all the helpful tips offered here. Thanks Moses. As well Moses, I am wondering too about the possibility of in the near future, adding a "shopping cart" to the site, where we can purchase Zoomer related items. Brenda
