I get my movies mailed to me by Zip.ca, a CANADIAN company. Free mailing. Various subscribe levels. I get 2 movies a month and mail them (free) back after. No time constraints.

That's good because it sometimes takes me a while to get around to watching them.

Just finished watching Bernard & Doris, Doris Duke and her butler. A very good movie.

Then saw Yesterday. Yesterday is the name of the main female character in this South African movie located in Namibia. Good portrayal of their life there.

Anyone out there love the John Wayne movies?

How does one latch onto TCM?

Latest movie I watched was Black Swan. That was a real nail-biter somewhat reminiscent of Repulsion by Polanski. A very good film. The next on my list is The Illusionist to watch later this week.

I'm a big fan of Gordon Pinsent. To bad I can't get there!

Just finished watching The Young Victoria. A beautiful movie and no one handsomer than Rupert Friend playing Albert! A great story but you know the end because you know Albert died and Victoria mourned him for the rest of her life. He was only young when he died.

Ilona, you mean you like Romney?? He would not be good for Canada or other countries. He is not good on foreign relations and that worries me. What the US does affects us all.

Watched 'Contact'. Very good sci fi movie based on Carl Sagan's book (that is why it was good) and Sagan was involved in the production too.

I used to be a fan of the Andy Griffith Show and Matlock so I was sorry to hear of the passing of Andy on July 3, 2012.  The only thing I couldn't believe is that he was such a staunch supporter of Obama.  What a let down!
