I grew up in Liverpool and I loved Motown  that was practically all we listened too. I remember when the Jackson 5 came out. I always loved them.

My Fave Motowners where and still are Diana Ross and the Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Temptations, 4 Tops, Stylistics, Drifters, Smoky Robinson and the Miracles, Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye. I could go on and on. :)

Hi Angela
As you can see there is not much life in this site. Hope you can breathe some life into it. I like different kinds of music also but Motown is my first love.

Hey Motown People where are you not much discussion on this page. I recently took a trip home to Nova Scotia and I copied all motown CD sounds on my IPod it reminds me of my teenage years Downhome. A lot of my family was down and at one time we had 9 people and two big dogs it was lots of fun.

Bonnie and Frankee -

You got it right!

When will we see you again? Here on the Motown Group at least!

Glad you took no offense to what I said regarding "MacArthur Park."

And may I add - You are doing one bang up on this group! I love it!
