Lynne, the sun did come back out here a little while ago and it is now 66F, 19C, so I am sure it will be another bonus day to be thankful for the weather.

I think the sun is going to make fast work of the fog today, thank goodness, it took its time yesterday.

Alex, the day is always a choice of attitude, so mine wasn't bad. ☺

It is almost hard to believe it was only 4 weekends ago I was wishing I was not so helpless with the invasion of my body with the flu;, so my day isn't ruined.  Just postponed.  ☺  LOL and it probably made me a better nurse today!  Life is funny how it works.

Well Kitty Lovers, as signs in front of churches say..."Do you want to make God laugh?  Tell Him you have a plan. "  As was the case today.  No facial, no dinner, but I did get to be nurse, co's it was Bob's turn to come down with this cold.  Gee, anything to do with being in ER with his Mom for 2 days?  Glad for once, I stuck to my own health and stood up to it, co's man, did he crash quickly. 

 

MarilynLou, I applaude you for getting home without a new member to the family co's they are just so darn adorable and look like they NEED our love. 

 

Beau's Dad was a Maine Coon Cat and when we rescued him, the vet told us at 4 1/2 months old that he would be at least a 20lb cat and he was right! 

 

Gladys, I do know Little Britain very well.  My fav cousin, whose daughter I do the MS Walk for on my Dad's side lived there for many years.  My Dad always got a laugh out of that co's both Wendy and I are short people and the maiden name is Brittain.

 

Where the heck is Jason?  I read his winning blog last Wednesday!

 

Linda it is foggier here now than it was this morning and warmer.  What weird, weird, weather.  As Ken Shaw said last night, "It's almost scary co's you don't know what's coming."

The blue photo is a really funny little cat called Michou. I only had her for a short time when someone adopted her. She was small and full of antics. She would run, land on the couch and turn a somersault.
