Your welcome.

I guess that means you know Chuck was played by David Gorcey,Leo's brother and Louie's other son.

"Depreciate"? I take deception to dat remark!

Bob, may I say that I depreciate your starting this thread. It brings back such memories of Saturday afternoons in the 1940's at the Russel theatre, in Glace Bay, Cape Breton. The actors in the gang changed from time to time as did the title of the gang: The Bowery Boys, The East Side kids and; The Dead End Kids, but their shows were always hilarious. Did you know that Louie Dumbrowski, the "sweet shop owner" was Leo Gorcey's father?

Thanks for bringing the old gang back to us.

Thanks for those words Catherine.Let's welcome our newest member.

I don't understand why the Boys are not on DVD yet. There was a limited release of their 1950-ish releases on VHS years ago,but that is all they have released to the home market.Let's hope they release some or all of that precious material some time SOON.

THIS GANG OF UNRULEY RAGAMUFFIN BOYS ARE WONDERFUL.WE LAUGHED SO HARD IN THE MOVIE THEATRES WHEN THEY SHOWED THEIR MOVIES.THEY MADE YOU LAUGH,CRY AND RELATE TO THEIR LIVES. AT THAT TIME NO ONE HAD MUCH OF ANYTHING SO THEY WERE TRUE TO LIFE.US KIDS ALWAYS WENT TO SEE THEIR MOVIES ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON.THE BEST THING ABOUT THEIR MOVIES IS THAT WE GROW OLD BUT THEY NEVER WILL.I NEVER GET TIRED OF SEEING THEM ON TV.THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY.
