AtticsRemember in the "old days" when houses used to have attics? I was fascinated with exploring my grandnother's attic in New Edinburgh, Ottawa. The attic was accessed by a pull-down set of steps…Continue

well Gary I am insider for Microsoft om windows and get builds right now about every week, in that builds files are kept drivers etc are installed and its set up again basically a new computer, june update for 10 does that two, when it comes out
Hi guys. Bob I went from Win8 to 8.1 and then my computer was bugging me to upgrade to 10 so I finally did. The upgrade itself went ok and before I knew it I was working with it. Stupid endless updates seem to be the norm these days and I get really pissed about my endless Android updates but Windows generally does them without annoying me much if at all. I think upgrading from 7 to 10 wouldn't be a problem. Nothing at all like starting with a new computer from scratch. How old is your current computer? If it's fairly new I think it could be a good idea to upgrade but if it's older than maybe 5yrs just stay with Win 7 and think about getting a whole new machine in 2-3yrs. I don't think it would be the end of the world either way.
also you can get how to fedders for windows 10 at library, I learned all for books such as that and its fun
bob windows 10 is like windows 7, 8. 8.1 if your computer can take it it will be fine once you have it set up it no problem.
I test for windows and I am working on june update for 10 now. if you wait it will cost you money to update with windows 10 you will always have a new computer
A question for you. I see that you occasionally correspond with Alexander on computer matters. I have Windows 7 and get occasionally from Windows a free change to Windows 10. Some time ago I asked my computer sales & repairs fellow on Avenue Road if I should get Windows 10 and he said no as I do not use my computer enough, only for the occasional email and internet use. I still have not changed and I read you and Alexander complaining about Windows 10 updates and other problems I do not understand at all. I am glade I do not have these problems as I would have to take my computer to the repair store as my knowledge of computers is nil. Windows 10 is still asking me to convert free. I am concerned that 10 is too fancy and troublesome for my usage and I would have to take it in to the repair shop and it would cost me money. I am happy with Windows 7. What do you think??
Yah, a great summer car, Gar! :-)
Lynne if I could afford one of those once they become available I would get one for sure.
I don't know about that Bob. If I could still afford it I think I'd still be in TO. The cost of living is lower here in London though.
