Good Morning. Just joined Zoomer and thought this might be a good place to start. I'm an author and interested in genealogy and travelling. Listening to people's stories intrigues me; especially those about their roots. Not too clear about what to say right now but looking forward to meeting everyone. Thanks. Marianne

We are a growing network of women, mainly over 55 years of age, who share goals of creating a national community of belonging, care and respect. Have also been away for awhile BUT trying to get back in to the swing of things.. Too many other interests etc have kept me away, mostly computer related

Hello everyone. I started the other day too. Gary H. sent me to a good group thanks Gary. Met a few in the Widow Folks but am just trying to get started. This is what it said to start at so here I am. I am from southern Ontario and love gardening, beach walking and just plain old chatting. I have been widowed for 2 yrs and just trying to find a life again.

Hi everyone...just joined yesterday. I've lived in Toronto since 1970. Retired Oct. 2009. I don't get out much other than to meet friends for lunch and dinners.  I also love gardening and theatre. I go on garden tours when ever I can. I also attend home, garden and craft shows when they are in the city.
