It is very easy to contact your own MP, MPP, the Prime Minister or any Minister with a portfolio. Just search for "government of Canada" and you will find each one's email available, as well as mailing address and phone number. If I remember correctly, snail mail may be sent to one's political representative without a stamp. Frankly, if you don't bring your concerns to their attention, you get the government you deserve.
