Housing for Seniors

In this community there is a strata condoninium which has the whole 1st floor as the community senior centre. Meals on wheels and a lunch is also operated out of the community centre. Residents buy a regular sized suite and need only go downstairs to access any of the community seniors events. A person not up to it would not need to leave the building.
