Now, don't get me wrong. Don't go running to management, but do hear me out first.
I'm simply writing this out of frustration from what I've been seeing here.
People running away from zoomers simply because "it's not fun anymore" . What happened that it's not fun anymore? Oh yeah, now I remember, some members have left the site, either for personal reasons (we all do have a life outside zoomers, at least I hope so), or because they can't handle the criticism, or for…

Memories of my daughters
Beautiful memories from the day I first cradled you
And kissed your sweet face
Your button nose, those tiny toes,
I see you smile, I hear you laugh,
the years have passed you grew so fast
Where did the time go?
I look around and you were gone,
Like summer turns to fall,
You've grown beautiful and strong
Independent woman now with children of your own,
Hold on to your dreams
Trust they will…

Have you held the hand of God? I have. It feels great, knowing you have a friend that isn't ashamed of you, will follow you anywhere and when invited, will sit with you for as long as it takes to make YOU feel better. He is the best listener! All the whinging, the ranting and raving, the tears, the screams, He is there and is never shaken. He knows when to give you rest, and when its time to be rattled! He stands by you when it seems everyone else has vanished and He holds you. In the silence,…

Days of my youth
Memories take me back in time to the way it used to be,
A cabin in the country hidden between pine trees
An old hammock swings gently in the summer breeze
Music plays from a gramophone someone had to wind
The sound of a child’s laughter that could have been mine
Ferry pond seemed so big as I chased you all around
Filling my pail with minnows and singing a happy song
I close my eyes, seeing you, fishing pole in…
