Anniversary Artifacts from the Royal Wedding now Available on Craigslist

You have probably seen every picture known to mankind of the Royal Wedding and of course sister to the bride and bridesmaid Pippa Middleton. Here are the pictures that were hidden for some reason and my guess it was to sell things in Craigslist a year later on their anniversary. The reality show Survivor did it so why not the royal couple?

Happy Anniversary Prince William and Princess Catherine and good luck with that sale!

Why is Your Bra Ringing?

University of Washington juniors Mariah Gentry and Kyle Bartlow have just invented what they think is the next "in" thing for any of us over the training bra age. Gentry and Bartlow have noticed that women hate taking their purses to nightly entertainment places so they have designed what they call JoeyBra, which is not named after Joey Fatone…

Mad Men's John Hamm Breaks Up to Make Up With Kim Kardashian

Well, it appears that Kim Kardashian does not hold grudges after Mad Men's Jon Hamm called her a 'blankety blank' idiot a few weeks ago. Of course he was close but no cigar, as Ms. Kardashian made a point of making peace with Don Draper.…

Say...Cheesecake!

When I was newly wed many years ago, my first husband and I would frequently buy Marie Callender's pies. One of our favorites was the cheesecake, which we paired with a fruit pie and enjoyed the best of both worlds. While eating our pie one day my husband said,”No one can make a cheesecake like this.” I immediately responded, “I can. In fact I can make a better cheesecake than this!” Of course the bet was on…

TICKETS FROM THE HELL DESK: TELL JESUS TO TAKE DICK OUT OF DRIVE

I use to work in an IT department for a casino in the middle of a corn field here in Southern Indiana.

A real life casino, like they show on TV from Las Vegas, except it was in Indiana.

The job was good, at times, and well, hair pulling - make Jason smash other times.

Our helpdesk was based outside the USA, in a country I will call Hepastanakanastan, where the people are taught to say, "How about them Yankees! Go Joe! You like apple pie? I…

Grief...Life Does Get Better

Last night I had a profound dream. I was wearing my wedding ring, something I hadn't done for quite a while because my husband of twenty eight years passed away almost six years ago. For some inexplicable reason, I had to keep holding on to the ring, even though this once beautiful piece of jewelry was falling apart. I remember arriving at the jewelers. How I got there I have no idea, but when I showed him the ring, the gold looked tarnished; also, it…

Spring, When A Middle-Aged Man’s Thoughts Turn to Grills, Chicken and Coleslaw

Yes, there was a time when spring turned my thoughts toward girls. Long before I even owned a grill, my group of mangy guys would declare Spring’s official first day when we saw a young woman  wearing a halter top outside.  We celebrated the occasion with an immediate Pilgrimage to Babcock Hall for their famous  ice…
