When December comes
I really love the song by Green Day, not sure of all the words but I know somebody will know them and chime in...part of it is "when September comes..." and he's referring to change/process/life moments. It's a lovely song I think. I notice that, as I move closer to my "winter" years the time seems to shift so very quickly. JFK

I too remember sitting in my grade 9 class room and my French teacher Mr Theodore announcing that JFK had just been shot. It was 2:10pm exactly on the school clocks EST. None of us could believe it had happened until a live broadcast came on over the PA system.
A very sad day and there were many tears in the school's corridors. Returning to a classmate's home after school, I discovered that even adults shed tears! A very emotional day indeed…
