How to Create a Better Life Style with an Internet Marketing Home Business.

Stop the Merry-Go-Round and Let Me Off!

Perhaps you’re living pay check to pay check with too much month left over after the money is gone. Creditors calling and asking for money. You then pay one card just to borrow that payment back to pay another….balances surely don’t go down that… Continue

10 iPHONE APPS FOR ZOOMERS

Unless you're living under a youth-obsessed rock, it's old news that Zoomers are the fastest growing demographic on both Facebook and Twitter. Same thing with other tech like cell phones. While the breakdown for the hot smartphone market isn't freely available (unless you want to pay a pretty four-digit penny), it's reasonably safe to say there's a strong Boomer presence in that space as well.

As a true Canadian patriot, it's hard to ignore the success of Waterloo, Ont-based Research… Continue

Another Disappointment!!!

Well, Zoomer Buffalo Bills fans, another disappoint Sunday, when the New Orleans Saints defeated our beloved Bills, 27-7. Defense gave Brees & his offense a run for his money, but that wasn't enough. Too many stupid penalities. Owens was very disappointing, seemed not to blame himself for his miss catches. He should've just let it go & concentrate on the next play, he didn't or couldn't, but that's my opinion. The greatest moment of the game was when Rian faked a field goal & Denney… Continue

Last time I looked, prostitution was not a capital crime.

But right here in Canada, where sex work is – technically – legal, it can earn you a death sentence.

A 2006 government commission found that, between 1994 and 2003, "at least 79 prostitutes'' were murdered on the… Continue

Anybody Out There?

Seems so quiet the past few days, thought everybody had left on holiday or something. Been a bit under the weather this past week, suffering with an upper respiratory infection or chest cold, so just laying back & taking it easy. Saturday's dinner with Mom, but canceled. Time for lunch, then probably a nap. Take everyone...

WHY I (AND EVERY NERD) HEART MARGARET ATWOOD

It was just over a year ago when I met famed author Margaret Atwood here in Toronto. As a former journalist in New York City during the 90s, I've literally met red carpet-loads of celebrities ranging from Oprah to Lou Reed but something was different about Atwood. Sure, like most Canadians, I knew she was one of our country's greatest contributions to the world of literature. Little did I know, however, she was actually a closet geek.

What piqued my… Continue

Our attitudes towardsTasers, Bullets & The Media

One must suppose that the members of the media and the cartoonists who love to poke fun at our police forces have little else to do. Police forces from time to time may make errors...all of which are unforgivable, of course, because the media never make errors...at least not in their own minds...or until forced to retract falsehoods.

However, when someone dies after a taser has been used by a police force, you can bet your life on it that the ill-informed media and public will cry… Continue

Happy Anniversary The New AM740 - Zoomer Radio

1 year ago today, The New AM740 - Zoomer Radio 1st aired with a 24 hour launch party. And party they did. Myself, lasted 21 hours watching & listening, really felt like I was there. Via computer, took over 100 photos, which will be displayed on my AM740 Wall of Fame (under construction), then created a special DVD to share with Program Director Gene Stevens & all my favourite AM740 air personalities. Got the chance to visit 550 Queen St, East, but cause of the move, couldn't get to the… Continue
