Like so many other people over the years I've often wondered about the Nazca lines there  mysteriously drawn in the desert. Searching the subject online I found one of the best explanations thus far, it is:

I liked seeing different symbols used for the constellations.  It makes sense that different cultures would interpret the stars differently, while creating recognizable maps of the heavens.
