It is most relevant to me that someone who works for Zoomers actually read these posts. If you want to be a "real writer" (remember the assplosions in OS about the meaning of those two words?) you gotta have an editor. We can has an editor. 500 readers and 10 or 20 comments doe not make it any more real than without.

THANKS to Zoomers for staying on top of the blogs.

I really didn't mean to complain, I was dying for a way to use the pulp-o-mizer.

I really don't miss the 300 to 500 readers, as some were bots. Perhaps a few perhaps most, who knows? I do enjoy this troll-free environment, no slight to Mr. Bilbo Baggins intended.

Getting more transparency wrt google is a project involving a fair amount of effort on the part of the site's owner. It is a never-ending task, and I can't fairly expect that of anybody.

Having just gone thru some of the numerous Groups 'headers' where it shows the most recent activity,many of them have had no posts/activity in a while. Alexander has a point.

For my part I am content being mainly un-viewed/commented on etc as I like the people that do here and follow those who interest me.    

I can't vouch for the cat thought.

Apart from the odd 'play' on Open.salon.com, Zoomers has/is my only 'social media' thing, so in my amateur opinion I wonder if Zoomer's is really the place to expect many blog post readers?

I thought it was more of a chat type exchange medium and the blog posts were/are just a distraction for the minority (perhaps)?

 the change over to everythingzoomer happened, its still not clear how to join zoomers and a lot of members said to heck with it .

We discussed this in September  In August the hits were off the hook here and I think someone left a door open. Then come the 1st of September it dried up.. never mad sense..

I just keep plodding along and working it on the big guns as you call it. Im happy.. but Google and their Panda really screwed up a lot of sites.
