Where Was Linda? A Necromancer Photo Blog

Why hasn't Linda blogged in 3 days? Is she sick?

Was she hiding in the corn or on tour with Stompin' Tom? She even missed an email from Amanda Pace at Warner Brothers about her blog on the old club Limelight in NYC. It was to be used in her favourite show "The Carrie Diaries." Linda where are you?

Even when Linda had a stroke in August and her right hand would not type; she blogged every single day.

So where is she?

Where has she disappeared to?

Linda was organizing The Necromancer at the Greystone Hotel in Carleton Place, Ontario for her son Perry Seccaspina and daughter-in-law Stephanie Seccaspina.

The hotel was in a black and white holding pattern until Linda, Tash, Heather, Ron, Keith and Chef Dave worked very hard to bring the light to the hotel.

With a warmth created in her heart, the Grand Ole Lady of Carleton Place burst forth, awaiting her guests.

Tables were set in anticipation.

The fireplace was set to warm the hearts and seats of the Grand Ole Lady's  sold-out show.

Flowers and feathers were laid out with great care.

Mirrors were cleaned for the reflections of the up coming event.

The tables were set with great care and the serving staff worked miracles in that packed banquet room.

Bread, home-made pickles and a whole lot of pink would make the guests smile. We also had medium Lynn Lundy Tucker grace the hallowed hotel.

Old friends arrived as well as new friends.

The wine was opened with great flare.

The cake looked delicious and Blanca from Creative Sweets prepared it to perfection.

Everyone asked what would happen if they stuck their fingers in the cake. No one dared try.

The Carleton Place Beckwith Heritage Museum brought the original dishes from the hotel.

Everyone asked about renting famed hotel room 201. A stripper hung herself a long time ago in that very room, and to this day will not allow a female to reside in this room. Her ghost hovers forever and no one with a female name is allowed to rest in her former bed.

Suddenly the crowd went silent.

Sounds filled the air.

Shh's were heard all around.

The great Scott McClelland with audience participants, Pat, Estella, and Mr. Churchill amaze the crowd.

The crowd clapped and went home happy.

At 2 am some were still waiting for their tarot cards to be read.

After weeks of work the show was soon over and like a Ouija board the people waved good-bye.

Linda sat there dead-tired but thanked all those who had helped. In her mind she needed to get back to blogging as that is where her heart lies; so she stood up, put the key in the door and said, "That's all Folks!"
