Over A Waterfall With Dane Jackson As He Kayaks Down Mexico's La Tomata

I know this is a ad for Go Pro... but just the sheer scariness scares the heck out of me.

If "going over a waterfall" is on your bucket list but you don't want to get wet, here's the next best thing.

Kayaker Dane Jackson went over the 60-foot La Tomata waterfall in Veracruz, Mexico, and the whole thing was caught on tape from multiple angles. Jackson even wore a GoPro camera on his helmet to give you the soaking-wet first-person perspective.

The video was posted to YouTube earlier this week by the company that makes the camera.

What a shameless promotion. But as  Bart & Lisa Simpson would say; " Hey it worked on me!

Thanks.  I was thinking of getting a GoPro to wear while I'm writing. Give FaceBookers the vicarious thrill of watching fingers tap as narrative appears on the screen in front of them.  Think I'll spend the money instead on, oh...car insurance or something.
