The guy flying the kites is a Canadian in his 80's. He comes to Washington State's International Kite Festival every year. His skin is like leather, as he normally flies his kites with his shirt off. He is deaf so when he flies his kites, people hold up their hands and wave them for applause. He flies two kites with his hands, and the third one is attached to his waist. Be sure to watch the video to the end to see the amazing landing of the third kite! The video was filmed at the base of Seattle's outdoor sculpture park by Puget Sound. The accompanying music is the Flower Duet from the opera "Lakmé" by Léo Delibes and was performed by the Monte Carlo National Opera Orchestra.
